Whats in a name? This black and white illustrated childrens book explores the meaning of names with a light-hearted approach that the whole family will find appealing. The bold line-drawings by poet/artist bill bissett and the engaging free verse story by Irene June Karasick, invite creative thinking and stimulate the imagination. Young readers (ages 3 to 7) will be encouraged to consider words and their meanings and the images they convey.
