Were
back in the garden but somethings changed...
This is the garden of the Great Mother Goddess, where the drama of relationships
between women (in the roles of daughter, mother and sister), and between
women and men (as friends and lovers), casts a surprising light on the
concept of Paradise. A compelling new volume from one of Canadas
most esteemed voices in poetry, The Goddess in the Garden is an
important work combining mystical insight and sensual language to evoke
a timeless meadow where humans and deities play out eternal passions.
